We’ve all done it – had a sneaky search on Google to see what the internet is saying about us, but now it seems that Google has become an integral tool for businesses wanting to suss out their client-appeal, with 82 per cent of companies admitting to Googling themselves as part of company image control.

Although Google is so widely used by the business world, it seems that it doesn’t always produce the hoped-for results, with less than half (43 per cent) of businesses saying that they were happy with what they found on Google, and a further 11 per cent saying that they were surprised with the results their searches reveals.
